白糖1/2小勺,青椒、红椒各1个,花生油1大勺,黑胡椒粉1/4小勺,海天海鲜酱大勺,大蒜8瓣,生姜8片,豆豉5克,蚝油1大勺,蛋清少许,料酒1大勺,盐、玉米淀粉各1/4小勺,香菜1棵,白酒少许

①鸡块加入盐、料酒、玉米淀粉,再加入蛋清拌匀。将海鲜酱、蚝油、白糖、黑胡椒粉加清水调匀。青椒、红椒切块。

②将一半油烧热,放入鸡块滑炒至变色盛出,锅留底油,下豆豉煸香,倒入调好的味汁烧至起泡,加入鸡块翻炒均匀。
