My biggest thanks go to my dear husband, Nick, and my wonderful sons, James, Gabriel, and Noah; really, I will always love you more than my work.
There are so many others to thank for their generosity, knowledge, and inspiration on this journey of discovery in how technology can help us live longer, healthier, and better lives, many of whom are interviewed in the book. The entire team at Packt have been stupendous too. And finally, an important message to Marcos, Jasmine, and other young people I have been so lucky to work with—your optimism, spirit, and greatness give me such hope for the future.
