Migrating virtual machines to/from a vSphere Distributed Switch
VM networking can be easily migrated when you are adding hosts to a vDS. But you can migrate a VM to a dvPort later with the vSphere Web Client.
One option is to right-click on a vDS and choose the Migrate VM to Another Network... wizard:

You can select the source network and the destination network, and also which VM will be migrated.
Another option is just to edit the VM settings and change the VM port group to a dvPort.
